Refund policy

Any un-used items are non-refunable at any stage. 

Cancellation to orders must be made 24hrs prior to arrival and made via email bawleypointlinen@gmail.com or phone 0405467144 and a refund can be organised. Any refunds for cancellations within the 24hr arrival bracket will not be provided but can be held as credit for a rescheduled date.
