4. Hire Equipment Conditions

4.1 Responsibility for Hire Items

The hirer accepts full responsibility for all hired items, including beach towels, porta cots, and high chairs.

4.2 Safety Requirements

Safety straps must be used at all times.

4.3 Liability for Misuse

All equipment is delivered and collected in full functioning order, inspected by Bawley Point Linen & Hire.

5. Payment & Agreement

Payment for linen or equipment hire constitutes acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.

23. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

23.1 Non‑Refundable Items

Un‑used hire items are strictly non‑refundable.

23.2 Cancellations 24+ Hours Before Arrival

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival via:

Refunds may be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.

23.3 Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Arrival

No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours of arrival. However, the amount paid may be held as credit for a rescheduled date.

23.4 Credit Conditions

Credits:

• Are non‑transferable

• Must be used by the original hirer

• May be subject to a validity period (optional add‑on)

24. Liability Waiver

24.1. The hirer accepts full responsibility for safe use of all hired items. 24.2. Bawley Point Linen & Hire is not liable for injuries or damages caused by misuse. 24.3. Safety straps must be used at all times. 24.4. The hirer indemnifies Bawley Point Linen & Hire against claims arising from misuse.

25. Damage & Replacement Schedule

25.1. The hirer is responsible for all hired items from delivery to collection. 25.2. Damage, un‑washable stains, or theft will incur full replacement cost. 25.3. Replacement fees may be deducted from deposits or charged directly. 25.4. Items accidentally placed in dirty linen bags belonging to holiday properties remain the hirer’s responsibility.

25.5. A full itemised replacement schedule can be added if desired.

26. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
